Huevos con chorizo was a childhood favorite at our house. I can still remember waking up early on the weekend and the smell of chorizo through the house. Growing up in a traditional Mexican household we learned quick about the robust flavor of chorizo. It is a simple dish don't get me wrong, most people will look at this video and be like duhh.
