Tacos Al Pastor without the taco? What in the world is going on that's almost like a cheeseburger without cheese. Well It is possible and on top of it all its amazing. So long story short we went out for a birthday dinner to a nice local restaurant here in the chicago area. There we had some drinks and this amazing dish called camarones al pastor, just incase you dont know camarones stands for shrimp. Now this wasn't just a dish this was dish that remained on my mind when i was driving home. I said to myself i have to do a video on camarones al pastor. This is such a good light dish that honestly can go any season. Camarones alone are amazing but when paired with juicy pineapple and that red al pastor sauce my god its so good.
