Life Time's video: Kris Campea - Member Story

Meet Kris (@happycampea), a teacher, Mom and soon-to-be-Grandma! As she approached 50, she knew she needed to make healthy life changes so she could be around longer for her kids than her own Mom was able to be for her. Enter Life Time and a team who coached, encouraged, and supported her to be her best, healthy, happy self! She created her own hashtag challenge to stay mentally accountable and get her workouts in even during our club’s closure due to COVID-19. Whether it was coincidence or fate, day 365 of her challenge landed on reopening day 1 of her club, and she was back as if she didn’t miss a beat.
