A visit to Gajoldoba Teesta barrage and view point from Siliguri. In this video we take a trip from Siliguri to Gajoldoba view point near the Teesta river barrage and spend some time there at the tourism area by boating and eating local fresh fish fries from the market. We start our trip from Siliguri and reach Gajoldoba after traveling on Fulbari canal road through Baikunthapur forest. To reach Gajoldoba from Siliguri you have to arrange for private transport like cars or bikes as there is no bus route to Gajoldoba. But the 28 km ride from Siliguri is worth it. The place has turned to a tourist spot recently with many restaurants and resorts coming up in the vicinity of the Tista barrage including Bhorer Alo, a government sponsored tourist resort.
