The current situation of Alipurduar, India, during lockdown due to COVID 19 pandemic. Since the last couple of months our town of Alipurduar is under lockdown along with the rest of the nation and the world. Life has come to a standstill. It causes to wonder what is the condition of the country at the moment? How is life in lockdown period? How the cities look like during quarantine? Here is the answer. last day I was on duty of distributing rations (rice and potato) to school children as per government order, and thus I had to go out of the house during this lockdown. So I grabbed the opportunity of filming on the streets of my hometown and show you how the situation is here at this moment. The streets are deserted and markets closed.It feels as if I am moving through a GHOST TOWN.
