Check out my detailed preparation and taste test review of Gardein's Holiday Vegan Turkey Roast! Gardein came out with a 100% plant based holiday roast which is perfect for your vegan and vegetarian holiday gatherings. I chose this particular product because the ingredient list wasn't too processed and it seemed like normal ingredients! I cooked this with a variety of roasted, spiced vegetables on the bottom, cooked it according to the instructions and made the gravy in a pot on the stove. It was easy and delicious!
