This video is about my natural hair wash day that I've been using for the passed year. if you're a subscriber you may have noticed how much my hair has grown. I basically decided to change and simplify my wash day routine and my natural hair care regimen. I got tired of the too many products, too many hours of twisting hair etc. I believe that the more you make it easier for yourself and your hair the less damage your doing. Prepooing - Onion juice treatment to remove fungus, and promote hair growth and shiny hair (from the green beauty) . Also I use sunflower oil to help mew with shine and coating my strands so that my hair doesn't completely dry out from my shampoo. 2. Clarifying - Using my shampoo to help me remove dirt and oils that aren't supposed to be in my hair in order for new healthy hair to grow. 3. Deep conditioning. Helps me with nourishing my hair follicles and strands on a deeper level. also helps retain moisture longer, adds protein also (depending on my choice) 4. Moisturizing - Coating strands with moisture and softens up hair in order to be flexible for styling. 5. Protective styling.
