Our family is visiting and wanted to see a waterfall so we took them to a lesser known one that is so beautiful: Charca La Vega. What's interesting about it is that it has a boulder right in the middle with Taino symbols. I am not sure how old they are but they sure make you think about the Taino Arawaks playing in this very river long ago. Then it started to rain so we headed back. As the rain cleared up with walked up the road a bit and saw the old Molino/Water Mill and had to check it out up close. My flip flop got taken by the current so I had to fish it out, but it was a really cool day up in the mountains of Puerto Rico! Me encanto!
