Sesuai namanya Nasi TO benhil merupakan perpaduan antara oncom berbumbu dengan nasi hangat. Dilengkapi gorengan cipe, bala bala hingga sambal tomat dan sambal hijau yang sedap. Sebelum dihidangkan, penjual TO Benhil menyiapkan racikan tutug oncom matang. Oncom dihaluskan terlebih dahulu sebelum dimasak menggunakan bumbu. Oncom diberi bumbu kencur, bawang merah, bawang putih, plus gula, dan garam secukupnya.
