They always have the cutest stuff… the price however… not so cute. I mean, it’s not super expensive, but when you add everything to the cart… the total is always a bit more than I can afford. So I thought, hmm, these could be for sure recreated for a better price. So, that’s why today I’ll show you 3 different jewellery organisers that were inspired by pieces from urban outfitters. First: I have this super easy Babe wall hook, for example, a simple diy chic sunglasses organizer! It retails for $12 or €16. I love how easy this was to DIY and how useful! I hung it up now next to my door, A, cuz I mean, it’s so freaking boss, and B, fun fact about me, I always always forget to put on a cool necklace, probably cuz I always leave in a hurry… So, no more forgetting. I was able to DIY this for…. well, I mean, assuming you don’t have any wire at home and have to buy it new, it was only $1.30! I used the black aluminium wire, but try to find something that is maybe a bit less bendable. It works great for necklaces, but it bends a bit when I add sunglasses, since they are heavier. Next up is this awesome earring organiser, that I have been eyeing for mooonths now. It retails for $19.00… and I was able to re-create it for about $2. To create it, I used Foam board. It’s durable, and strong. u want the holes for the earrings to be. And lastly, we have these cool Ring holders that retail for $6. I recreated these for between 1-3$, since I have 2 different ways of recreating them. You can either use some oven bake clay, which is a bit more expensive, or just some simple and cheap air dry clay, which actually ended up being my favourite of both.
