Veronaville is problematic because of the waterline. This makes building in it tricky and unfortunately can make it miserable to play. However it can be fixed. Cheat used to do this: modifyneighborhoodterrain on (use [ to raise, ] to lower and \ to level) Cheats I use regularly while building: moveobjects on setquartertileplacement on (toggle on/off with Ctrl+F) boolprop snapobjectstogrid false (for doing clutter using the floating shelves)
