Linda Miller's video: The Not So Normal Cloud Formation Seen Again Close to the 28 Day Schedule

Taken Feb.17, 2020 Near Monterey CA driving home from work. Some researchers might say this is related to the Planet X system that is possibly in our own Solar system, and may be a part of it, and as many are saying and keeping track of may have always been part of our system. I have filmed this long enough that I am seeing that it is closely sticking to the 28 day cycle projected by some researchers. If it just a normal cloud, then fine, otherwise I would like to contribute to the cause of perhaps a planetary object that might be around us, closer than any government officials may tell us.
