Glöm inte att prenumerera på kanalen, gilla klippet och lämna en kommentar om ni gillar våra videos. 60 MINUTES SHOULDER & BACK SMASH 1. Lateral pull down: 8-12 reps x 6 sets ( 2 sets warm up ). 2. Close grip lateral pull down: 8-12 reps x 6 sets. 3. Standing barbell rows: To failure ( about 10 reps ) 4. Sitting rows: ( 8-12 reps x 6 sets. 5. Military presses super set with standing lateral raises to failure x 6 sets ( 3 sets reversed, start with the raises and finish the set with the presses ). 6. Lying lateral dumbbell raises: 8 reps x 4 sets. 7. Face pulls: 8 reps x 4 sets. Rest 1-2 minutes depending on how heavy you train.
