Lisa Emerita's video: Bad News

Due to a small scale natural disaster, my family will be moving short notice. We were living in a three bedroom house with a two car garage and full basement. Where we will be living now is a two bedroom townhouse with one garage and no basement. The loss of storage has meant a huge purge of our belongings. And also, of course, the loss of my sewing studio. We love this townhouse, and it's actually all worked out for the best and we prefer where we live now to where we were. But moving has been very time consuming and a lot of work, and getting the kids into a new preschool has been very stressful. So, the responsible adult part of my brain has been unduly burdened, suffocating the whims of my creative brain to a place of stagnation. In short, I haven't sewn in a while.
