Literary Analysis with Mr Brooker's video: Macbeth in 10 Quotes: 1

@Macbeth in 10 Quotes: 1
Dear Viewer, This series is aimed at those students with a working knowledge of Macbeth. The videos are in chronological order and to make the most of them, I would suggest that you follow the series in order, paying particular attention to how each central quotation can serve as a springboard for discussion of the characters, themes and play as a whole. Once finished, you can test your knowledge and understanding by moving on to the revision series, which reviews much of the content found in these videos and will certainly challenge your memory of the central ideas and quotations. I sincerely hope they will serve to illuminate aspects of the text, but it should also be remembered that these videos can only ever offer a brief outline – there is no substitute for sustained, close reading and sincere, thoughtful engagement. Nonetheless, I have done my best to make them as useful as possible, aiming for content that is both challenging and accessible. Kind Regards, Mr Brooker
