Tigania east Member of Parliament Peter Munya has defended the executive's decision to contest a high court ruling seeking the arrest of Sudan's president if he visits Kenya. Munya says the executive's decision is in line with the Vienna convention that guarantees immunity to sitting heads of state. He called for the speedy vetting of judges claiming it is the only way to avoid rulings that puts the executive and judiciary at loggerheads.
