Long Live Southbank's video: SBC and the Manipulation of Numbers Game

Southbank Centre continue to manipulate stats and facts: Today at 12 midday a member of SBC security came down to Southbank skate spot to do what we have noted as continued SBC selective assessment of numbers of people that use the space. We'd long known they had been 'cooking the books' to create misleading data. This time we caught them on film after the security guard was seen writing the completely false number of '1' person. A skating LLSB member hops over the fence and chirpily says "count me in as well man". There are a few people also watching and taking photos of graffiti artists and 2 other skaters who were actively using the space. We asked to see the form and were told "no". After pressing the SBC security staff member about the falseness of the data, he amended it to 3. Question is... what publication or report are these false numbers going into and who is instructing the false data collection? And most importantly - WHY.
