Long Live Southbank's video: LLSB: THEOBALDS a poem by Henry Edwards-Wood

http://www.llsb.com We were living the dream. Capitalism said we should't be doing it and my good friends lost their jobs for no good reason. There is unfinished potential lying in 22 Theobalds road WC1X so many dreams and ideals that the world told us we couldn't do and yet here we we're on the brink of moving forward in our lives because we had bonded together and set up shop in the middle of the centre of the world. It obviously wasn't meant to be so I made this film the night before we left and on the final night the remaining 4 flatmates and the usual transient lurkers crammed into my tiny room and sat in silence watching. It was how I felt at a time in my life that we all go through over and over again, built up then knocked down. I made this film so I could remember how I felt back then not how I looked. It didn't feel right to show the world this very personal document until now. If it wasn't for the grounding force of Southbank Undercroft I would never have met all these amazing people or seen all these amazing places. Henry.
