Especially super excited to do Turnabout Sisters, as it's one of my favorites of the series. In the spirit of the song's lightheartedness, I thought I'd do an arrangement that's more jazz/fusion influenced. Definitely was a challenge and a nice change of pace as well! It gave me an excuse to dust off the acoustic, which hasn't been used in a recording since my objection medley cover! Seemed all too fitting. This is also the first song that I've recorded with my new recording interface and Line 6 POD HD. It's definitely given me a lot more flexibility when it comes to recording. I still have to fiddle around more with the POD HD in order to get used to it, but so far it's giving me decent guitar sounds! Hopefully I can really pull out its potential over time.
