Hey, I hope you enjoy the cupcakes. I came up with this recipe which is slightly healthier than normal without sacrificing on taste. I tried to use the soya butter in the frosting but it did not turn out well so I have used the usual butter. They tasted so good and yes, I did eat one before I even got to frost it.
