LostButFound's video: Been told I was strong and yet I also fell into depression

[Spoken Word Poetry & Lyric Video] I had depression that lasted 1.5+ years about 5 years ago and these are poems I wrote during that time. I honestly did not know it was depression that I was going through, but I was still afraid I wouldn't escape whatever it was that I was feeling. Now that I think about it, its weird how I didn't know, all the signs were there, I literally had anxiety attacks every week, but thought it was a heart issue and not a mental one that I actually went to the doctor to get my heart checked, I cried randomly almost everyday but I thought it was because of the sad music I was listening to often. However, when I got out of it, it was very clear it was depression. I think how I was able to overcome my depression without any help was through listening to music that was about inner strength, finding hope, and about things that were relatable to me.
