Love Afrykah's video: My Hair Journey

This is a video on the history of my hair to the present. I just started my hair journey this January (01.03.2010 to be exact). I would like to get to mid back length at least by the end of this year. Before I started my hair journey I used to flat iron my hair frequently causing my hair to be dry and damaged which led to a lot of breakage. I would always go to the salon and end up getting about 2" cut every 2-3 months and because my hair only grows about that much in a month I was almost always stuck at APL. This January I went out and got my hairduation so I could learn to keep/ retain the 6" my hair grows each year. Even if I don't keep all 6" I hope to keep at least 4" of growth this year. I encourage you to get your "hairducation" too!!
