Lovelygirliebits's video: Mulching chitting potatoes sowing sweetpeas

This week, it was time to weed and mulch the new border, getting it ready for the busy planting season ahead! I used my new oscillating hoe that I bought from The Garden House in Malahide and hopefully it'll help take some of the backbreaking work out of weeding. Then I chatted about chitting potatoes and now is the time to be doing that. It's so much fun digging them up later in the year and last year, my nephew said it was like finding treasure, he had a ball! And finally, it's happening - sowing seed time and we know I have a lot of seeds! Since filming this, some have already sprouted and the joy this gives me is incredible!
