After keeping things in pots for so long, I finally decided to dig my first every flower bed! As a beginner gardener, this can be a bit scary, but that's half the fun with gardening - experimenting and learning! For example, the next time I dig a bed, I'm going to wait until the soil is a bit drier, as it was so wet and heavy after two days of rain. But I'm excited to watch the plants bloom and grow and to get planting in the border on the back wall!
