Puzzle - A Perspective about Life (Short Film) Hello Fam and Friends! I'm back again with a new Short Film. At first, I'll never think that this Short Film will be made possible because I've faced some challenges while planning, shooting and editing this film. Some of which is, my pc last week just unexpectedly went into trouble so it kinda makes me a hard time to start editing it. But I'm still glad I got it back working again with the help of Youtube and some techie friends. So for the past month, my friend Carson and I have been constructing a short film. He writes poems, and we combined that with my cinematography and photography skills, to create a story around the poem! The poem itself is about you as a whole. It explains how you are like a puzzle, with millions of pieces that create the full picture. Some of those pieces seem HUGE at some points of your life (fail a test, lose a friend, insecurities, etc). But in the end, they all are a part of you that create the whole. And that includes the bad and the good. As you can see, at the end of the film, I've written some of my insecurities and I'm sure this would also represent everyone's common insecurities and you've seen that it was flushed away into the river symbolizing that your insecurities are only a small part of you. One of my realizations upon creating this film is that we should not let our failures and insecurities to control us and to define who we are. These are some of the things that we can't control of and so instead, why not start embracing it and slowly letting go all of it. --------------------- In case, you wanna have a look into the whole poem so here it is. "Puzzle" Written By Carson I feel as if I am a puzzle. I have so many pieces, so many edges. They are all equal, yet different. And so why, why is it when your piece leaves it feels as if the entire puzzle goes with it? Why is it that you are now the entire whole when everyone else is only a part? Somehow, you became more than all the others.
