Ingredientes 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar mascavo 2 colheres (sopa) de vinagre de maçã 2 cebolas em rodelas 8 dentes de alho 3 folhas de louro 2 raminhos de tomilho 1 pedaço de massa folhada Sal e pimenta a gosto Modo de preparo Preaqueça o forno a 200ºC. Use uma frigideira que possa ir ao forno. Nela, derreta a manteiga. Junte o açúcar e vinagre e mexa bem. Ponha a cebola, o alho, louro e tomilho. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Tampe e deixe cozinhar até amaciar a cebola. Cubra com a massa folhada. Leve ao forno por 15 minutos. Retire e vire a torta num prato. Sirva em seguida, decorada com tomilho.
