Ludwig van Larx's video: Kingdom Hearts 3: Il Tredicesimo Ricordo Battle BGM Fan-Made

So this is my first fan-made Kingdom Hearts piece, which is a shame because Yoko Shimomura was the first composer that I had studied 10 years ago, and is one of my biggest influences. This piece is intended to be some kind of a boss battle. I haven't seen much information related to Kingdom Hearts 3, which I believe is due to the fact that they haven't actually released much information about the game. Therefore, I'm not entirely sure what kind of battle it would be used for in the game. However, I imagine it could be used for something akin to the Xion battle in 358/2 Days. But anyway, you'll hear some pretty cool KH-like things in this piece, and then you'll hear some not-so-KH-like things, lol. As of late, I have been experimenting with some dissonance, especially bi-tonality. So in the beginning after the theme is stated, you'll hear a short dissonant section that leads into a modulation. It doesn't happen much, but it is there and I just thought that I'd mention it, so it doesn't surprise you as much. There is also kind of a deceptive section after the piano part ends. The idea behind it is that it's supposed to be a cadenza, but it really isn't, lol. It starts off as one and ends as one, but it's not. So for you Classical guys out there, that was intentional. :P Other than that, this was sort of just another test for East West Symphonic Orchestra Gold. This piece was actually completed awhile ago, but I waited to do the realization until I had purchased Impact Soundworks' Bravura Brass library, which this piece uses (mostly for the brass hits, but also for the horn and string melody at the end). So I hope you guys enjoy this and I'll have a download link up sooner or later. There are a few things I want to add (mostly just sound effects) and I'll post it.
