By the way this was a killer of a leg workout and you need to try it!! I mean im no Steve Cook or David Laid so don't take what i say as the right thing to do in a workout because i hardly know the names of many exercises!! Anyway this workout included, Quad Curls x4 Progress Weight Hamstring Curls x4 Progress Weight Bench Lunges x4 Progress Weight Bench Step Ups x4 Progress Weight Leg Press x3 High - Hamstring x3 Progress Weight Middle - Quad x3 Progress Weight Low - Calf x3 Progress Weight Stand Up Bicep Curl x3 Progress Weight Straight Bar Tricep Extensions Progress Weight I am really enjoyed the gym at the moment and i can see a massive gain in muscle and strength especially in my arms with all the bicep and tricep workouts i've been doing and also my upper body in general with my chest back and shoulders!!!
