The player controls a human child who has fallen into the Underground, a secluded region beneath Mt. Ebbot, a mountain which holds the stories of those who climb the mountain never returning. The Underground and the Surface are separated by a magical barrier, which requires one human soul to pass through and seven to destroy the barrier completely. The human meets various monsters throughout their journey back up to the surface. The player can choose whether the human murders the monsters mercilessly, spare them all and free them to the Surface, or murder a selection of monsters and leave some alive. These choices affect the gameplay and the game itself, with changes in dialogue depending on how violent you have been. Some monsters may want to fight you and will therefore engage the player in a fight. The combat system involves the player navigating through mini bullet-hell attacks by the opponent. This movie will attempt to complete the New Game+ Neutral ending in the fastest time possible. New Game+ is the name given to a state where you can continue playing the game from the beginning, however things will be slightly altered corresponding to the events that occured in the previous playthrough.
