This video is a review of the three m work tunes wireless hearing protection. I'm going to show you why it's the best overall choice and the most sustainable option. stick around to the end for my sustainability rating and power productivity tip. So the good number one is the battery life, this battery, I have never been able to drain it all the way down, I've actually never got it to go down below medium. Literally, I really haven't heard of anybody who's actually worn the battery down to zero, and it's still going strong after a year and a half. Second is the Bluetooth range. This down our driveway here, I was able to walk with this line of sight for 225 feet. Some guys have claimed that between walls, it has issues but everything wireless can have issues between walls, it hasn't been my experience at all. So the range is really good. on third is the price the price for around 40 bucks, it's just such a good little unit with the you just really can't beat that. And then fourth is the simplicity of use. It's got this one button control, you press and hold it to turn it on, press and hold it again to turn it off. Press the button once to play. Press the button again to stop. Press it twice to skip the current track that you're on. Press it three times to go back to the previous track. Super simple. And now on to the things that I don't like about this. Although there are things I don't like about it, I still think it's the best out there. And the best option. First is the phone mic. If you're planning on using this as a phone, this little tiny phone mic here. It doesn't work really at all super tight. Super teeny doesn't you can't really make calls on it. Second is the sound quality. It's just me It's okay. It's not so great. But it's it's good enough for me it's good enough when I'm working because you got other things going on anyways. Third is the radiation. I'm most people won't be won't be bothered by this. I have real sensitive ears. I've had some Surfer's ear and operations done. So I'm real sensitive to radiation. After two to three hours, I can feel it and it doesn't feel good at all. And that third is these wires here. The little wires, they just wish there was a little bit more protection. Because I did manage to pull one of these out. It's still working. But I just wish there was a little better protection. The worst thing about this is that there's no volume control on the unit. Not a huge deal for me, I'll set the volume on my phone and then walk away. And then the other thing that's maybe not so good, not so bad is the sound protection, I wish it was a little bit better. It's good enough for lawnmowers, but tractors and chainsaws, it doesn't quite cut it. You're getting value out of this so far, please like comment or subscribe. So I broke it down in four different categories, longevity, company's sustainability policy, company transparency, and lifecycle analysis. So lifecycle analysis is basically the overall cost on the impact of this particular unit over its life. So that's where they'd scored the lowest. So I'm giving them a one out of 10 rating, they got a two out of 10 in my scale, just because this is pretty much your standard grade toxic materials that aren't really that good for the environment. And then for for for a company transparency, though 3am Corporation is probably the most transparent Corporation when it comes to finding information. When I look for what's online, what's what are things made of, I can almost always find the 3am data, the 3am sheets that show me what things are made up. Whereas other companies, it's all over the map, a lot of times I can't find it. And that's what it's critical for sustainability.
