They could have gotten copies from the RAGE show but I guess it was too much hard work for the ones in charge of compiling the DVD 'White Heat' and well it left everyone very disappointed. Here's another good copy from RAGE and the top layer of fizzy goo has now been removed, including some other bits of noisy junk that was obscuring the fragile image details. A few other tweaks have been made in the scale to HD resolution. The audio has been replaced from another file.
