M A's video: Serial Entrepreneur Loren Howard Breaks 3 Indoor Rowing World Records The G O A T Show 037

@Serial Entrepreneur, Loren Howard Breaks 3 Indoor Rowing World Records | The G.O.A.T. Show 037
In this episode, I’m with Loren Howard, AKA The G.O.A.T. of Indoor Rowing. Loren has been a friend and mentor of mine for a number of years. I personally sought his help to take my business over the $1 Million mark in annual recurring revenue several years ago, and the lessons I learned from him helped us far surpass that. Loren was a Division 1 Defensive End for Northwestern University, but his professional career was cut short and he turned to a new path as an entrepreneur. Loren has been wildly successful in his career, having built 5 companies to 7 and 8 figures in 4 different industries. He attributes his success in business to the focus he places on peak physical and mental performance. It’s that same focus and drive that led him to chase and break 3 world record indoor rowing with just 5 months of training. In this episode, Loren and I sit down to discuss: - How Loren built 5 businesses in 4 different industries to 7 & 8 figures - Why I came to Loren to help me get my business past the $1 million mark - The importance of physical and mental performance in business - Loren’s biohacking strategies for peak performance - Why he decided to chase indoor rowing world records - The barriers people put in place to avoid success - The importance of policing your thoughts and how it changed Loren’s life - Why you can’t be successful without suffering - His work with Valley Guardians, a nonprofit helping kids in need
