EDIT: This method doesn't work for Mali and PowerVR processors as they use .pvr files instead of .dds files Also, bear in mind that this isn't a really reliable method. There's a lot that can go wrong in the process of converting. So if you have any texture issues or converting issues there's unfortunately no solution. Good luck!
