Hi guys, I hope you're all well and keeping safe amongst the cornona virus outbreak. I decided to start a series of home workouts that are simple and that anyone can follow. This workout is awesome and I have often done this as a change to the regular gym cardio that can be quite boring. The basics of the workout: 1 minute of work/30 seconds off One Round: AMRAP (As many reps as possible): 15 seconds of Burpees 15 seconds of Mountain Climbers 15 seconds of Bodyweight Squat 15 seconds Alternate Lunges Repeat 10 times for a 15-minute workout, or as many times as you can!
