This is the second workout in the home workout series: the target is keeping it simple, simplicity works just as well as a complex workout at times. The main thing is consistency! The basics of the workout: 1 minute of work/30 seconds off One Round: AMRAP (As many reps as possible): 15 seconds of Press Ups 15 seconds of Plank 15 seconds of Supermans 15 seconds Crunches Repeat 10 times for a 15-minute workout, or as many times as you can!
