Brutal Home Leg Workout: Pause Squats RDL’s Static Lunges Hip Thrust Weighted Standing Calf Raise dropset 3-4 sets on each exercise to failure. 30-60 seconds rest between sets. 2 second pause holding the stretch on each rep.
