The album 'City Living' by singer and keyboardist Linda Williams was released in 1979 on Arista Records, it was produced by Richard Evans and was recorded in L.A. and Chicago. It features Alex Blake, Paul Jackson, James Gadson, Paulinho Da Costa, Michael Boddicker, Morris Jennings and others. Most notable is this track 'Elevate Our Minds' which has become a bit of a soulboy (and girl) classic. I think the album 'City Living' was on CD (Japanese import), but that might've been some time ago. This particular track's available on a compilation called 'Disco Sessions' (2003 Sessions/ Union Square Music SESHDCD214).
