MERLIN & ME's video: Recorded Call With DEO What A Call To Florida Unemployment IS Really Like HILARIOUS

Please share this video... if not for me for all the people suffering right now in Fl. The Gov needs to see this so he can understand what he is doing to us. I am not asking for your money, especially for those of you in the same boat. I am only putting the venmo and cash app info on here because of messages asking if i would. DO NOT SEND ME ANYTHING IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT! I have been given enough to get some groceries already. Venmo= @Greg-Moore-8 Cash App= $paceymoore First of all i would like to say thank you to everyone who saw my last video and shared it as well as helped us out . we have groceries now. i honestly believe there is some sort of foul play in the reporting of claims from the DOE and the Governor Ron Desantis. and his attitude about those of us speaking out about the failures of the system he endorsed and allowed to exist for the sole purpose of making it as difficult as possible to get unemployment in Florida. a system so corrupt and glitchy with a design meant to frustrate and discourage people to use it or believe they are valid. all so they can falsely proclaim lower unemployment numbers to gain clout in the political system. this is what is so wrong with the Government these days. the sad fact is the Desantis and Rick Scott who is vastly responsible for this current fiasco are republicans.... I am republican in most my beliefs. Some of those beliefs i held are now being held in a different light. you see i am not lazy. i have worked since i was allowed to work. i have always contributed to the system and i have never asked for or used any public assistance food stamps, section 8 or anything supported by government programs. i have never needed it, i am lucky that way. i am finding out now how lucky i was. and my perspective has changed slightly towards the use of these types of assistance programs. But anyway here is my story with the unemployment system in Florida. applied mid march pending for 6 weeks until myself and hundreds of thousands of Floridians were told to re-apply due to a glitch of some sort that made us all ineligible... throwing all of us i think somewhere near half a million or more to go through the process again. during this time i contacted my state and local reps and senators. many times including the governors office several times. with no responses except for Senator Tom Lee and Sen Linda Stewart have been so helpful and rep Spano who all went to the DEo on my behalf. after posting the video last week within 10 min i got a call from the DEO the lady told me i was approved for the current two weeks period and that i should expect payment soon. I then asked her why i wasn't getting back pay to when i first applied since even the first waiting week was removed by the gov. She told me that i wouldn't be approved without the newest quarter earnings because i didn't make enough to qualify with my initial claim. This struck me as odd as i made more in 2018 than 2019 but they said i would be getting money now so i didn't want to delay it by appealing the initial whatever. I then asked about the cares act money the additional 600 a week and if i needed to do anything else to receive that. she told me i would receive it from the first payment and that i didn't need to do anything to get it. I was so relieved you have no idea. The whole next week goes by and my status in connect still says pending and come the day i should have gotten paid.... nothing I tried to call in again.. keep in mind i am at over 1500 phone calls to the DOE with time of actually getting someone on the phone . and that time they said the system was down and they didn't have access to my info. I asked for a call back and they said they couldn't do that. so i left a message with a supervisor. still haven't heard back. and still showing pending in the system. Low and behold Friday i get a letter in the mail from the DOE explaining while i was declined for the first application i put in.. and yeah my earning from the first two quarters were marked at literal zero dollars and cents. I checked in connect and i reported the income correctly.... they screwed up on purpose to not have to pay me the back logged money. I still haven't gotten paid a week later. and then i see the Governor on The news saying this shit. He is full of shit or the info he is getting is bullshit. you cant even log in to connect without putting in your social...its utter bullshit he is telling bold lies to everyone. Fuck you Ron And fuck you most of all Rick Scott
