I'd say shes very strong and provides good team buffs, so if you're into playing ranged - she might be a good unit to raise. As for sAmane, she is a dependable wind healer/buffer, although lacks potency in her S1 heals, that's why you're basically forced to bring a shared healing skill (this case I brought hLowen and ogCleo share). I didnt have any MUB wind skill haste dragons, but if you have Freyja or Ariel - she can get her heals and crit buffs up frequently. I'd say her only slow-down is her weapon type, as axe generates SP the slowest.
