Being on the floor with someone on top of you in the mount position raining down punches is a horrible place to be This drill is designed to prepare you in case you ever find yourself in this position. The idea is you don't try to knock your partner out but hit them hard enough for them to feel the adrenaline and to know they must keep their guard up at all times.
