MMPK's video: Creating A New Lightgun Game in 2024 With Zero Game Dev Experience

I'm trying to create a new Lightgun game in 2024 as a way to learn Unreal Engine 5 Game Development. I mean... it can't be that hard right? It was indeed quite hard. This is the start of my journey learning UE5. learning the basics of the game engine and software. We managed to get some basic enemies you might see in a Time Crisis game a walking zombie/melee type and a ranged enemy that shoots 2 types of projectile at you. As well as getting a basic rail system for the player to move on. I'm making this game to fully support the Sinden Lightgun, mouse and keyboard and hopefully support gyro aim on controllers.
