Using a resistance band - Same Rows with elbows in, same amount of reps - Straight-armed standing single-armed lat pull downs: Use another resistance band looped around a bar, standing with feet apart and in a split stance pull down 3 sets of 15 on each side - Bent Over Rows: Take a bar with whatever weight you want, put upper body at a 45 degree angle. 3 sets of 15 - Sitting down Lat Pull downs: 3 sets of 15. Using two resistance bands - One-Armed Rows on Bench: I use 10 lbs. 3 sets of 10 on each arm - Tricep Extensions: 4 sets of 8
