Be sure to like and subscribe if you'd like to see more videos like this :) Follow My Instagram: morganneyambro Circuit 1: (30 seconds each, 1 and a half minute rest in between) -Side to side squats w/ elevation -Weighted Burpees -Russian Twists w/ weight Circuit 2: -Step-overs (on chair, bench etc.) -Plank Row/ Plank Jumps -Straight-legged switching crunches Do each circuit three times though.
