Hey y'all!! Here's the workout!! Warmup: - Walk on treadmill for 5 minutes, the incorporate resistance band -Front steps - 1 min. - Side steps -1 min. each side Squats with a bar: - 4 sets of 10, increase weight on last two sets Split Squats: - 3 sets of 10 , each side - Use a medium weight Glute Bridges: - 3 sets of 15 with resistance band and dumbbell on hips Gluteus Medius Side Kicks: - Wrap ankle strap around ankle, keep working foot in front, and raise your leg out to the side. Placing a finger on your muscle can really help it engage during this one Deadlifts: - Take a wide leg or hip width distance stand - 1st set 15, 2nd set 12, 3rd set 10 - Increase weight with each set Lunges: -With weights in hand lunge across the floor until you are burnt out and physically can't anymore I hope you like this!!!!
