Hey Y'all!!! I'm back at it with a great full body workout. This is great for those days when you just wanna work the full body, and not just a specific part. Workout: -- Warm-up @ least 10 minutes on cardio machine of your choice. -- Superset Legs: +10 cable squats +10 cable deadlifts (repeat superset 3 times -- Triset Arms +15 shoulder presses +10 Tricep extensions +10 (each arm) bicep curls (repeat trust 3 times) -- Bent over rows: 3 sets of 12 (each side) -- Superset Abs +20 crunches on yogaball +20 cross-over crunches on yoga ball (repeat 3x) There it is!!!!
