Hello all!!! This is one of my favourite leg days routines that I've ever published!!!! I hope everyone loves it!! Make sure to like and subscribe, and screenshot the routine below!! Instagram -- @morganneyambro - Warm up for 10 minutes with light cardio of your choice. - Start by foam rolling, just relaxed, rolling out whatever feels tight at the moment - Lunges across the floor with a bar (but feel free to do it with bodyweight) 3x back an forth across the floor - Banded Glute activation: Squats + Good Mornings 1 Minute - Banded Side-Walks: 3 times back and forth across floor - Banded Squats: Start with a low weight, like just the bar and slow add more and more weight each set. Do this for up to 4 sets, with every set lower the reps by a couple. So first set maybe 15, second set with more weight: 12, next set: 10. - Kettlebell Banded Squats: Arrange elastic band as so. 3 sets of 15 with relatively lightweight - Landmine Curtsy Squats: 3 sets of 10 (5 each side) - Banded Hip Thrust Superset: 3 sets of 12-15 with weight, immediately after each set, remove bar and pulse knees out on elastic band for 30-60 secs or until failure. - Pilates: 1 minute raises, 1 minute rainbows, 1 minutes smileys, 1 minute clams. Then repeat on other side Stretch it out!!! I hope you loved it and I hope your glutes are sore!!
