While I was in Pforzheim, Germany, in 2015, I rented the apartment shown in this video and paid only 17 Euro per day with cash in advance. The amount you pay depends on the amount of days, weeks or months you rent the apartment for. The owners were extremely accommodating. I couldn't have met better people. The apartment was kept clean and comfortable with a heated floor throughout the apartment for the winter. You can rent by the day, week or month. The daily rate is 25 Euro and is a lot less as you add more days, weeks or months. Rates may change as the years and economy change. A one month rental may cost only 17 euro a day. Bus stop is 1/2 block away and main train/bus station are 1-kilometer away. My apartment included: Fully equipped Kitchen, living room, bed room, shower, sink, toilet, clothes washer, WIFI, expanded Cable TV, sofa bed, electric and water included. The following are the amenities within this apartment: (Lower level apartment is shown) KITCHEN: Electric Oven with stove top burners, Full sized Refrigerator, Kitchen sink, Chopping block, a lot of cupboard space, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery with knives, forks, spoons, baking and cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc., automatic Dishwasher (rare in Germany), Toaster, Microwave. DINING AREA: Full sized dining table with 4-Chairs, Stereo system, Cupboard area, shelving for dishes and other items. LIVING ROOM: Very large flat screen 1080p TV with surround sound, Sofa that converts to a queen sized bed included with separate reclining chair and control for lifting out of chair, Cabinet, Table. BATHROOM: Ultra-modern shower with stereo, lighting, choice of water coming from the sides, overhead, rain shower head or standard removable shower head, seat for comfort and mirror that turns around for storing shower jells, etc., electric toilet, clothes washer, full sink with cupboard and cabinet, towels are provided, Closet in hallway for storing clothing. BEDROOM: Computer Desk with chair, Queen sized bed, Linen, pillows and covers are provided, two storage closets for clothing, shoes, etc. YOU CAN CONTACT: You won't get this excellent treatment at any hotel.
