MULVEY's video: DO NOT rent a car from Chetumal airport

What a pointless, long walk to an airport, on Christmas day, for what turned out to be no reason! Booking .com's car rental service is dead, don't use it. I booked a car days before Christmas day, paid, and even got a message from Booking .com to say that Dollar car rental was open from 9am as it's Christmas day. I turned up at 8.45, the Dollar guy turned up about 9.10, to tell me that he had no cars... WHAT? Why would Booking rent me a car, and take the money for a car they didn't have?! I've rented many cars - never again from Booking .com. I'm still waiting for a refund. Poor service.
