Truth- POWER EXERCISES MAKE WOMEN LOOK STRONGER, FITTER AND EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL.
Myth- If you exercise, your diet doesn’t matter
Truth-
*THE DESIRED RESULT CAN ONLY
BE ACHIEVED IF YOU FOLLOW A
PROPER DIET.
Myth- Your weight reveals the progress of your workout
Truth- INCH LOSS,BETTER STAMINA,
IMPROVED STRENGTH ARE KEY
WAYS OF DETERMINIG YOUR
PROGRESS.
Myth- Your workout is only effective if your muscles are sore afterwards.
Truth- PAIN IS CAUSED BY MICROTRAUMA TO THE MUSCLE FIBER. SO SORE MUSCLES ARE NO INDICATION.
