I am sharing the best websites to learn how to code. Another question I get asked often is where people should go to start to learn about computer programming and coding in general. In this video I shared some of the online resources I've used, trust and find super helpful. 1. CodeAcademy.com: Great intro to programming, a new language and its syntax 2. TreeHouse.com: Great hands on tutorials which require you to build things as you learn. 3. CoderByte.com, CodingBat.com and HackerRank.com: Fun challenges which get harder as you level up 4. Harvard CS50 and/or Stanford 106a/b: Known as the best intro to computer science courses available online. Great for a general understanding of how programming and computers work. (Find the lessons on the school's websites, on Coursera.com or on YouTube.) 5. Udacity.com: Highly regarded Nanos Degree courses which expose you to hands on learning. Option to get a certification and receive real feedback from professional software engineers on your code quality and the structure of your programs.
